Guarantees Provided

The products we distribute are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. In the case of inverters, if the customer detects a problem with the equipment, they can initiate the warranty claim in the following way:

The customer validates their warranty directly with the manufacturer.

The customer reports the problem to us. This can be done by sending an email to info@prtt.hu. For solar panels, the customer should directly report any problems to us at the email address info@prtt.hu.
